Wine:
With its distinctive notes of wild strawberry, the RSRV Rosé Foujita Grand Cru Champagne is both surprising and enchanting. Rich, full-bodied, and deeply flavorful, it showcases refined aromas of red fruits, morello cherry, and wild raspberry, elevated by a touch of citrus zest. The fine, persistent mousse adds depth and structure, creating a vinous, precise rosé with remarkable complexity. Its texture, roundness, and long finish make it an exceptional choice for dining, pairing beautifully with dishes like lobster. A truly outstanding gastronomic rosé.Vinification:
Manual harvesting. RSRV Rosé is a blend of six grand crus belonging to the Mumm house. The still red wine from Ambonnay completes this aromatic marriage and gives it its rosy hue. The grapes from each cru are pressed and vinified separately. 30% of reserve wines are added to perpetuate the style year after year. Aged for 4 years on laths.Dosage: 6g/l.

From now
An exceptional champagne, RSRV celebrates the best terroirs of Champagne, 100% Grands Crus from historic parcels acquired by Mumm in the 19th century.
Produced in very limited quantities, these champagnes revive a tradition that began in the 19th century with Mumm de Cramant and was maintained for nearly 200 years by the successive presidents of the House who personally offered the best wines, signed by the cellar master with the initials "RSRV", to a privileged circle of wine lovers.
