Wine:

The 2022 red Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Crau, hailing from the cool 'La Glacière' parcel in the upper part of La Crau, presents a vibrant and sensual character. It features delightful notes of sugared strawberries, peony, and rose, woven into a graceful and supple structure with smooth tannins. This wine is all about charm and voluptuousness, crafted in a 'Burgundian' style with extreme delicacy. It has been rated 93/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Maceration at moderate temperatures for gentle extraction of aromas. Aged in concrete vats for 12 months.

Nose:

Sweet aromas of sugar-coated strawberries and delicate floral notes of peony, rose and potpourri.

Palate:

ilky and velvety, the wine opens with bold yet graceful precision. The mid-palate reveals beautifully ripe Grenache, seamlessly balanced with fine, perfectly integrated tannins. A Châteauneuf-du-Pape of pure finesse and elegance.

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
