Vinification:

Hand-picked from 25-year-old vines. Whole-berry pressing, static settling, no thermoregulation, 2-6 months fermentation on lees. Aged 11 months on lees.

Color:

Bright, light golden yellow.

Nose:

Very pure, with typical Riesling aromas of white fruit, a delicate floral touch, and hints of fine spices and coriander.

Palate:

On the palate, the grapes are beautifully ripe, with an elegant structure and good consistency. The finish is acidic, with fine bitters prolonging the persistence.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
