Grown on limestone soils, it gains remarkable energy, carried by a fleshy texture and beautifully balanced structure. Perfect from apéritif through to the meal, this white is all about enjoyment and sharing!

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing. Settling by natural decantation. Aged on lees for 9 months in stainless steel vats.

Bright light yellow.

Aromas of white fruits and white flowers.
