Riesling Cote de Rouffach 2008 exudes the spirit of the estate. Although "dry", this riesling is opulent and fat. However there is no trace of heaviness anywhere, the wine's texture radiates a mineral freshness. This is the perfect gastronomic Riesling to light up your dishes.Vinification:
