Perfect as an aperitif or paired with goat cheese, it’s a beautifully precise wine that earned 90/100 from the Selection Committee.

The 2022 Bituit et Maximus Red IGP Collines Rhodaniennes is a delicate, silky Syrah with elegant smoky notes. Light and fresh, it reveals crisp red berry aromas alongside fine tannins, creating a savoury and aromatic profile. Perfect to enjoy now, it pairs beautifully with cured meats or grilled dishes.
