The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Founded in 2016, Côtes et Climats Pierre Mayeul crafts Burgundies with a strong sense of identity and an unwavering commitment to quality. Frédéric Hirault, Matthieu Bouchard, and Ludivine Griveau meticulously select the finest grapes, guided by deep technical expertise and an intimate knowledge of Burgundy’s greatest terroirs.

Distinctive character, limited volumes, and prestigious vineyards—a seemingly simple formula, yet one executed with absolute precision and no compromises. At the heart of this vision is Ludivine Griveau, whose experience and intuition drive the project with the same high standards she has upheld throughout her career.
Wine With exquisite purity, the 2020 Red Vosne-Romanée unveils a beautifully perfumed, fresh, and concentrated expression, shaped by an outstanding vintage. This is a classic Vosne-Romanée, impeccably crafted, with precise aging that enhances its depth without overshadowing its elegance. A wine to cellar for a few more years before enjoying at its peak—perfect alongside a veal dish.
Vinification Hand-harvested, 100% destemmed, fermented for 3 weeks, punching down and pumping over, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (30% new), bottled unfined with light filtration.
