Wine:

Champagne La Grande Dame pays tribute to Madame Clicquot, who famously stated, "Our black grapes produce the finest white wines." A true homage to Pinot Noir, it upholds her vision, featuring approximately 90% Pinot Noir since 2008, sourced from historic crus within their vineyards.

The 2015 La Grande Dame embodies richness and elegance, showcasing a mature and intense profile with notes of white flowers, fruit, and citrus, all intertwined with a beautiful mineral signature. This champagne is both subtle and graceful, exhibiting a lovely tension and a vibrant, elongated mid-palate that leads to a savory finish. The Pinot Noir lends remarkable nobility and depth, while the soft effervescence balances its breadth. A vinous champagne crafted for aging and, of course, perfect for the dining table.
