Delicately floral with subtle wisteria notes, the 2020 Argos White is an elegant wine that opens with finesse. Its taut structure balances perfectly on the edge of ripeness, preserving the crisp character of the grape—a notable achievement, especially in this sunny vintage. The wine harmoniously combines vibrant fruit flavors with refreshing acidity, achieving a smooth yet precise balance enhanced by fine, bittersweet notes. Ideal with seafood, it is best enjoyed over the next three years.Vinification:
Hand-harvested from 7 plots ranging in size from 0.07 ha to 0.65 ha, giving a total of 2.40 ha, fermented in vats and 400-litre and 600-litre barrels (one plot = 1 or more vats and barrels), vinified and matured in separate containers, aged for 12 to 18 months in vats and 400-litre and 600-litre barrels, blended at the end of the maturing process.The vines, plants and soil are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, without certification.
