The Champagne Brut Carte Jaune is a wine of great depth—rich and balanced, predominantly driven by Pinot Noir, which provides structure and intensity. It features a brioche character with a subtle toastiness from the reserve wines and a small portion aged in large barrels. Vinification:
Hand harvested, traditional Champagne vinification. Made from Pinot Noir (50%), Chardonnay (30%°) and Pinot Meunier (20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, made from grapes from 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the chalk cellars.Dosage: 9g/l.
