The 2022 IGP Collines Rhodaniennes Bituit et Maximus Red is a delicate and silky Syrah, characterized by lovely smoky notes. This wine is light, fresh, and full of flavor, with crunchy fruit and fine tannins. It’s perfect to enjoy now, especially with cured meats or grilled dishes.Vinification:
Hand and mechanical harvested, vinified in temperature-controlled concrete vats. Maceration for 3 weeks with gentle extraction.Aged 10 months in concrete vats.
