Its fruit flavours are vibrant, supported by refined development that brings aromas of macerated fruit, balsamic notes, fine woods adding a hint of spice, and a touch of cinnamon. On the palate, it’s silky and smooth, with a noble, polished texture kept lively by an underlying freshness that carries it gracefully.
This is a deep, expressive wine, perfectly ready to enjoy now. It will pair beautifully with truffled poultry, chicken supreme with chestnuts, or simply a generous Sunday lunch.

Harvested by hand. Vinification in temperature-controlled cement vats. Aged 50% in new barrels and 50% in barrels that have contained one wine.Color:
