A blend of Cabernet and Syrah, the 2021 Red Soif Pays d'Oc IGP is a delight of a wine, filled with pure and elegant aromas of fruit and flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose. It is a minimally extracted, finely crafted, easy-drinking wine that will satisfy most people, especially at this price! The ultimate aperitif wine, and one of Olivier Poussier's favorite.Vinification:
