Wine:

Supported by the firm framework of its two-thirds Cabernet Sauvignon, Le Grand Vin 2015 unfolds an energetic, straightforward juice, without harshness, with a fresh edge of great brilliance. Notes of blond tobacco, cedar, spices and pepper mingle with a palate of power and balance. Perfectly charming, it embodies the revival of the Cadillac style and offers one of the best value for money. A wine for aging that can be enjoyed now, decanted, with a fine rib steak.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged on fine lees for 12 months in new oak barrels.

Color:

Deep red with garnet highlights.

Nose:

Notes of blond tobacco, cedar, spices and pepper.

Palate:

Full-bodied and powerful, with well-balanced fruit. Carried by a firm structure, this wine unfurls an energetic, straightforward juice, without harshness, with a fresh, brilliant aftertaste.

Temperature:

Decant before serving between 14 and 16°C.
