As it opens up, warmer notes of licorice emerge, carried by a lively texture and bright freshness. This vintage impresses with its precision and poise—its sleek, finely drawn profile perfectly balancing the wine’s natural generosity.Vinification:
Hand-harvested, static cold settling, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation, weekly stirring of the lees until malolactic fermentation.Aging: 80% of the harvest in barrels, 10% of which are new, and 20% in stainless steel vats.
