In the heart of Gigondas, Domaine du Gour de Chaulé is gaining recognition for its impressive progress, thanks to its diverse parcels across the appellation and the leadership of Paul Fumoso.
Now at the helm of the family estate, Paul’s first vintages have been met with acclaim from Olivier Poussier. With organic farming, minimal sulfur use, whole-cluster fermentation, and aging in large foudres and concrete tanks, the wines showcase exceptional finesse, elegance, and a true expression of their terroir.
