Wine:
The 2016 Arbois Vin Jaune White is nothing short of remarkable—a benchmark in the world of oxidative wines aged under flor. Sourced from old vines rooted in powerful marl soils, it delivers a deeply expressive take on the Savagnin grape, brimming with flavours of lemon zest, green apple, toasted almond, walnut, and warm spices like cumin. With its signature biscuity richness and lifted, mouthwatering acidity, the wine is both powerful and endlessly long on the palate. A stunning combination of freshness, texture, and aromatic complexity. Rated 95/100 by Parker.Vinification:
