From terroirs combining limestone marl, flinty clay and caillottes, the 2022 white Pouilly-Fumé Les Petites Aubues offers a fine definition of the Sauvignon grape variety, with a fresh, fruity profile. Notes of ripe, exotic fruit combine with a hint of citrus in a chiseled, fine, punchy structure that's full of energy. An intense, long-lasting wine to accompany fresh cheeses, fish and poultry curries. Rated 93/100 by the Comité.
