Wine:

The 2020 White Vin de France Folle Blanche opens with delicate mineral intensity, evoking oyster shell and subtle floral notes. It offers vibrant freshness with refined herbal nuances and a hint of mint. On the palate, this finesse continues with a chalky texture, bright acidity, and a remarkably light alcohol level. The wine’s lively tension is balanced by depth and complexity, making it a perfect match for seafood, where its saline profile truly shines. Rated 91/100 by our Selection Committee.
