The 2022 Red Cahors Malbec bursts with sour cherry, dark fruits, and spice, offering a concentrated, ripe, and fresh nose with no oak influence. Wonderfully juicy, it’s an immediately enjoyable wine, with a lovely floral tone. The silky tannins and balanced juice reflect the modern style of the appellation. Decant and enjoy today. Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Vatting for 3 weeks. Aged for 18 months in foudres and 500-liter barrels.

Intense red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of Morello cherry and wild blackberry underlined by a subtle floral touch.

Palate:

A satiny texture and silky tannins deliver a harmonious structure in a modern, elegant style.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
