Villa Antinori - IGT Toscana - Blanc - 2022

Wine:

A historic cuvée of the Antinori family, produced since 1931, the 2022 white IGT Toscana is one of Tuscany's iconic whites. Highly aromatic, with floral notes, pineapple, and white fruits, it invites leisure and relaxation, delighting with its freshness, suppleness, and purity. In a crisp style, offering a lot of sapidity and minerality, with a hint of citrus in the finish, it will be very enjoyable with seafood and raw fish.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification in vats at a maximum temperature of 18°C. Bottling from November 2022.

Color:

Straw yellow with silver highlights.

Nose:

Intense and refined, with subtle notes of orange blossom.

Palate:

Fresh and pleasant with good tension, we appreciate its aromatic citrus structure and long, mineral finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 6 and 8°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Sea bream carpaccio with citrus zest, grilled sardines, flambéed prawns, seafood platter.
